Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt
Right now it doesnt seem to be reading the CD
Any idea what is wrong with it or how to fix it? |

| It sounds like the drive. You could call tech support to see if it can be replaced. Is it still under warranty? How old is it? |

The unit is a little over 5 years old. Do you have a number for tech support.
Someone did tell me that when they are not played a lot they stick like that.
Have a good tech in San Diego, CA area? |

If there is a problem with the drive you really just need to call QRS and see about replacement. If it's over 2 years then it's probably out of warranty though.
