| I've recorded the songs onto my petine player, then shifted them over to the memory card. My memory card reads the songs but when i open the files in windows media player it plays the song but there is no volume, and yes i check to see if it was muted! Is there a certain player that i need to download for the recorded songs? Is there anyone that can help me? |

| The QRS system records in the standard MIDI format and there is no reason why it should't play using Windows Media Player. We know the song file is good because it plays from the Petine. Check you computer volume levels. |
